We're your neighbors.
We're raising our family here.
Welcome to GoodWorks Home Co. I'm Tyler Arnold, and this is our family's story—and why we do what we do the way we do it.
Why local roots matter
I'm a Branson High School graduate. My wife Erin and I are raising our three kids right here around Table Rock Lake, just like our families did before us. We go to church here, our kids play sports here, and we shop at the same grocery stores and gas stations as you do.
When Erin and I started working on our first home, we learned real fast what it means to get taken advantage of. We had contractors who showed up late, did half-hearted work, and vanished the moment they got paid. We watched neighbors get ripped off by storm chasers who disappeared after a hail season. We'd sit at church on Sunday and hear story after story about folks caught between a deteriorating home and contractors they couldn't trust.
In 2021, I started doing exterior work on the side—roofing, siding, gutters, decks. Nothing fancy. Just honest work. People kept coming back and asking me to handle bigger projects. Pretty soon, neighbors started telling neighbors, and it became clear that folks around Branson didn't just want quality work. They wanted someone they could trust. Someone who was going to be here next month, next year, and in five years when a warranty mattered.
That's when we started GoodWorks Home Co.

Faith, integrity, and community
We built GoodWorks on one simple idea: work matters. How we show up, what we promise, and whether we keep that promise shapes the people we become and the communities we build.
Our faith teaches us something specific. First Thessalonians 4:11–12 says to "work with your hands, mind your own business, and win the respect of outsiders by how you live." We take that seriously.
Work with your hands
We don't cut corners, use cheap materials when no one's looking, or pass shoddy work off as acceptable. Every nail matters. Every seal matters. Every measurement matters because your home and your family matter.
Mind your own business
We're not trying to be everything to everyone. We focus on what we do best—roofing, siding, gutters, windows, decks, and exterior care for vacation rentals around Table Rock Lake. We know the Ozarks weather, the humidity, the hail, the freeze-thaw cycles. We know what holds up and what doesn't.
Win the respect of outsiders by how you live
That's not marketing. That's character. Your neighbors should be able to see that we treated your home right. Your family should feel safe around our crew. Your gut should tell you we're the kind of people you want working around your most precious investment.
What we believe beyond business
At GoodWorks, we don't see homes as jobs. We see them as legacies.
Your home is where your grandkids learn to love the lake. It's where your family gathers for holidays, where marriages were built, and where you created memories you'll never replace. When we install a roof, we're protecting those memories. When we build a deck, we're creating the stage for the next chapter of your family's story.
That's why we believe excellence in craftsmanship is a form of worship. When we measure twice and cut once, when we choose premium materials even when a cheaper option would save us money, when we clean up every nail and leave your property better than we found it—we're honoring both your trust and the Creator who gave us these hands to work with.
We also believe community is built through thousands of small acts of integrity. That's why we tithe 10% of our profits back into the communities we serve. Every GoodWorks project funds student lunch debt elimination, church initiatives, and free renovation work for families in crisis. Your exterior project isn't just protecting your home—it's strengthening the schools, churches, and families that make Table Rock Lake worth calling home.
How we serve one home at a time
Over the past several years, we've been honored to work with more than 200 families around Branson, Kimberling City, Hollister, Reeds Spring, Branson West, Shell Knob, Forsyth, Lampe, Cape Fair, Blue Eye, Galena, and Ridgedale.
We've learned what matters to homeowners around this lake.
You want clarity
No mystery quotes. No surprise upgrades mid-project. No contractor jargon that makes you feel stupid. You deserve to understand exactly what needs attention, why, and what it's going to cost.
You want respect for your time
Lake season is precious. Family gatherings are irreplaceable. You need a contractor who works around your life, not the other way around. That's why most of our projects complete in 3–5 days instead of weeks.
You want one person to call
Not five different contractors blaming each other when something goes wrong. One team, one point of contact, one warranty, one place of accountability.
You want to know your money makes a difference
Not just for your home, but for your community. The fact that 10% of your project goes back to local churches and families in crisis—that matters to you. It matters to us too.
You want a partner for life
Not a one-time transaction. We enroll every client in our Legacy Protection Program, which means annual check-ins, priority scheduling, and a contractor who stays invested in your family's exterior care for years to come.
You want to be protected
We stand behind every nail because we're going to be here when you need us.
- Your money-back workmanship warranty isn't just a piece of paper. It's backed by:
- A $30,000 third-party Contractor Directory guarantee that ensures your project completes correctly, even in worst-case scenarios
- BBB accreditation with ongoing accountability
- Table Rock Lake Chamber of Commerce membership connecting us to the community leaders and realtors you trust
- Daily photo documentation throughout your project so you know exactly what's happening
Most importantly, it's backed by a real person—me—who lives in this community and can't afford to have unhappy clients. My reputation is my future.

Why we do this work
Honestly? It's because Erin and I believe homes are worth protecting and communities are worth serving.
When a single mom we know gets a free roof through our community impact program, we get to tell her that her church family and the 30+ GoodWorks clients who funded that project believe in her. That matters.
When a hail storm hits and we can help a family navigate their insurance claim without the stress and confusion, we get to remind them they're not alone. That matters.
When you can sleep through a storm knowing your roof is solid, or your grandkids can run across a deck you know will hold them safely for 20 years, or you can pull into your driveway with pride instead of guilt—we know we did something meaningful. That matters more than any check.
This business exists because we watched Branson families get hurt by contractors who didn't care. We decided to be different. We decided to be the kind of neighbors we'd want working on our own homes.
Our team is licensed, insured, and background checked
Every person who steps on your property works for GoodWorks because they share our values.
Our crews are background-checked, professionally trained, and held to high standards for behavior, communication, and craftsmanship. We respect your privacy and your home like it's our own family's sanctuary. We clean up completely each day. You should feel safe and comfortable with our team around your family.
Tyler personally oversees or participates in every project, so you're never working with a faceless company that doesn't care about your satisfaction. Erin manages our community impact work, making sure every dollar we tithe actually gets to the families and churches we serve.
Bo Arnold
Bo keeps everyone in line—especially Dad. His favorite tools are the loud ones, and he’s never met a power drill he didn’t want to touch. Calls all meetings, even the imaginary ones.
Peyton Arnold
Peyton’s always on the job site with snacks in hand and zero regard for OSHA regulations. If there’s a ladder, she’s climbing it. If there’s candy, she’s sharing (sometimes).
Ella Arnold
Ella ensures Mom and Dad are running on exactly 3 hours of sleep and coffee. She hasn’t picked up a hammer yet, but she’s definitely in charge. Mostly of everyone's sleep schedule.
